The Alcove

Our Alcove apartments are a great option for seniors who are looking for a comfortable living space with an extra sitting area. The Alcove is larger than our traditional studio apartments at approximately 330 square feet and includes a bedroom area, an alcove for daily activities and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave off the main room. Residents also have access to ample closet space and enjoy individually controlled heating and air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. The full bath is designed for safety and convenience, with features such as grab bars and non-slip flooring.

Our Alcove apartments are also equipped with SafelyYou AI video technology for fall risk mitigation and enhanced resident well-being.
